Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing and slicing evenly Tip uniform cuts cook evenly
  2. Mix soy sauce sesame oil and 2 tbsp water in a bowl
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat
  4. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant
  5. Add broccoli carrots and baby corn and stir fry for 3 minutes
  6. Add remaining vegetables and cook 3 to 4 minutes more
  7. Pour in sauce and toss until vegetables are coated Tip do not overcook
  8. Remove from heat and serve immediately
