Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts until even thickness.
  2. Season flour breadcrumbs and eggs separately.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour then egg then breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook chicken 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and top with marinara sauce.
  7. Add mozzarella cheese evenly over chicken.
  8. Bake at 190 C for 20 minutes until cheese melts.
