- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion chopped
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a medium baking dish.
- Steam the broccoli for 3 to 4 minutes until just tender then set aside.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat then add onion and cook for 3 minutes until soft.
